Srinish obtained a lot of recognition post his stint in the mega serial Pranayam on Asianet, in the role of Sharan G. Menon. In Pranayam, his character was the male lead, the CEO of a multinational company.

In 2017, he made his debut in Tamil television with Vamsam, in which he played a negative role called Raj alongside actress Ramya Krishnan. He was also one of the popular contestants of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1. Now, the actor is expected to be seen in Poove Unakkaga in a crucial role.
