"VIJAY'S POLITICAL ENTRY WILL AFFECT EVERY PARTY.."- POPULAR ACTOR AND POLITICIAN'S BOLD STATEMENT

In an interview to Behindwoods, Nanjil Sampath spoke about the possibility of Vijay giving a political statement during the audio launch of his upcoming film, Bigil. He said that Vijay is being aprehensive about his political entry "He can say openly about it. I asked his father S.A. Chandrashekhar about it since in his last film, Vijay declared that he will not act in films after becoming Chief Minister."

He then added "If there are any actors who can attract the people, it is Ajith, Vijay and Suriya. Politics is a challenging line of work. I doubt whether they will participate in politics or not. But if they choose to embark upon a political journey of this land and language with strong ideologies, only then will I be able to give further comments."

When asked whether Vijay's political entry will be an obstacle for any other political parties, he replied "It (Vijay's political entry) will affect every party. The caste based outfits, religious and communal organizations will face a great threat."
