Suriya and GVM make a hit pair – they have delivered colossal hits like Kaakha Kaakha and Vaaranam Aayiram, which helped boost Suriya’s career at various points. On the work front, Soorarai Pottru was Suriya's latest. He is joining hands with Vetrimaaran for Vaadivasal. He's also committed to a film with Pandiraj, produced by Sun Pictures.

GVM has the long-delayed Dhruva Natchathiram in his kitty which has Vikram in the lead with Aishwarya Rajessh, Ritu Varma, Simran and others lending able support. He's also directing Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha that stars Varun and Raahei in the lead roles.
