Met Gala is one of the most popular fashion shows in the United States. Movie stars, modeling professionals and businesspersons usually attend this festival. The festival aims to raise funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Natasha Poonawalla, an Indian woman entrepreneur and Executive Director of the Serum Institute of India, attended the parade.

Strange dress

Natasha has surprised everyone by coming to this famous show wearing a saree which she paired with a metallic blouse. "There are so many different cultures in this world. It's art to combine all of these. It's only through the arts like music and pictures that we can express so many things in our hearts. The world has come out of the time of the plague."

Poonawalla said she originally wore an old-fashioned underwear style and as a result wore a metallic top and a Sabyasachi saree around her waist.

Natasha, who says that this dress combines determination and softness, has also attracted the attention of many through her ornaments including earrings and rings. The saree, embroidered with gold, is unique which she paired with a variety of accessories.

Natasha Poonawalla from India is currently the talk of the town at the prestigious Met Gala Festival in the United States.

The 8th Behindwoods Gold Medals Awards will be held this year on May 15 and 22 at the Island Ground in Chennai Island from 6pm to 11.30pm. Ticket booking for this is currently underway.
