WHERE IS VASEEGARAN IN 2.0?

First look and the 3D motion poster of Shankar’s magnum opus 2.0 were revealed yesterday, the 20th November in Mumbai.

The 1.54-minute motion poster was breathtaking, to say the least. It opens out with an innovative method of introducing the team through a tunnel with a scroll that says, world is just not only for humans, suggesting that the film could talk about an alternate space or perhaps an alien invasion on humans. The characterization of Akshay Kumar as a crowman gives an inkling that he may represent the non-human form who is on the evil side, trying to take over our universe. 

This is being followed by Akshay Kumar’s entry with an apt bgm to augment the feel. There appears to be a conflict of good Vs evil and a small story also. Chitti arrives though the formation sphere mode concept and then the logo gets revealed.

What is interesting in this 3D motion poster is the upgradation of Chitti’s suit which looks different in this version. However, we don’t get to see Vaseegaran in this nor in the poster. It appears to be a surprise.

Shankar has sure raised the expectation levels and we will have to wait till next year Diwali for the film’s release as said in the 3D poster.
