ADIPOLI! MOHANLAL'S CULT FILM DRISHYAM CREATES HISTORY - TO BE THE FIRST FILM REMADE IN THIS FOREIGN LANGUAGE!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsMohanlal and Jeethu Joseph gave a racing thriller movie in 2013 titled Drishyam. The movie featured Meena as the leading lady and also included Kalabhavan Shajon, Asha Sarath, Siddique, Roshan Basheer and Neeraj Madhav in prominent roles.
After 7 years, Mohanlal who was seen as Georgekutty returned in the second part titled as Drishyam 2. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, the film also featured Meena, Siddique, Asha Sharath, Murali Gopy, Ansiba, Esther, and Saikumar in pivotal roles.
The movie which impressed all the audiences all over the world was remade in various other languages as well like Tamil, Hindi, Kannada to name a few. Now, comes the most-exciting news in which it is learnt that this film is now all set to be remade in Indonesian language.
Producer Antony Perumbavoor took to his social media to announce the same. For the unversed, this film has become the first Malayalam film to be remade in this foreign language. Stay tuned!
