VIJAY-STALIN MEET: "THERE IS NO NEED TO FEAR ANYONE JOINING DMK" - MINISTER JAYAKUMAR

Vijay's films like Sarkar, Kaththi etc all have strong social cause messages for the society, his fans and well-wishers are expecting him to enter the political arena. When he recently attended the engagement function of Murasoli Selvan and (late Kalaignar's elder daughter) Mrs. Selvi's granddaughter, on the 1st of September. He is also said to have met with M K Stalin and Mr. Duraimurugan of the DMK party and conversed with them during the event.

This meeting has garnered much attention from everyone, especially in the political circle. With speculations arising on every side, Director and Naam Tamilar Katchi's Chief-coordinator, when asked about Vijay's meeting, has said that it is not at all an issue if his 'brother' Vijay enters and 'why he should not', according to his own words.

Similarly, AIADMK Minister D. Jayakumar has also commented on the same matter. Implying that the strong need not fear weakness, he states that there is no difference if Vijay joins DMK and no matter what, AIADMK will surely win the upcoming elections.
