EXCLUSIVE: MEGHA AKASH REPLACES NIHARIKA IN THIS EXCITING PROJECT!

We had earlier reported that Ashok will be teaming up with Young Actress Niharika Konidela for his next movie, which will be bankrolled by Kenanya Films. However, there seems to be a change in plan.

The makers have now officially released a statement that Megha Akash will be playing the lead alongside Ashok Selvan in the yet-to-be-titled movie. “Being a part of films that own unique scripts and give more space for female characters is always a bliss for any heroines. And to get such offers isn’t an easy thing. When Swathini narrated the script and my role, I could instantly get into its shoes feeling its soul. I am super-excited to be a part of this project,” Megha said.

Niharika has been replaced by Megha Akash as the former’s wedding clashes with the shooting of the film. Speaking about the change, producer Selvakumar, in a telephonic conversation with Behindwoods said “Yes, Megha will be replacing Niharika. We had earlier revealed that Ashok and Niharika will be teaming up together for our project but now since her wedding dates clash with the shooting, she won’t be able to make it.” He also revealed that they’re scheduled to go on floors this October and are eyeing for a release next February.
