The film became the first biggie in Tamil to release in theatres after a long gap due to Coronavirus pandemic which went on to become one of the hits of this year. Post which, everyone is looking forward in catching a fresh update from the director’s next film - Vikram.

Lokesh has had our expectations high with his official announcement of Vikram featuring Kamal Haasan. The film might have 2 talented actors - Prabhu Deva in a prominent role and Fahadh Faasil as the antagonist.

Touted to be a political thriller, the director in an exclusive interview with Behindwoods mentioned that the team have been working for the past two months on the script and the pre-production works mainly. Now, the production team has taken to their social media and revealed that “New announcement is coming soon.”
