Shailaja Teacher, who contested from Mattanur constituency, won by a huge margin of over 60,000 votes in the recently concluded Kerala Assembly elections,. She fought hard to control various diseases like the Nipah and the coronavirus.
The omission of Shailaja Teacher's name from the final cabinet list released on Tuesday came as a shock to the people and the celebrities of Kerala as a whole. Many have been demanding that she be reinstated.
