Kaatrukkenna Veli is one of the most popular serials streaming on Vijay TV. The storyline revolves around a young woman Vennila, played by Priyanka Kumar, who breaks all odds of society to continue her studies. Just a day before her forced marriage, she ran away from her home to pursue her dream.
Post which, she joins a college run by her professor and mentor Sharada's son Surya. Surya's role is essayed by a well-known serial actor Surya Darshan who has a huge fan following. And of late, it is said that the actor has quit the show.
Now, as all wondered who would have replaced this actor next, it is said that popular actor Swaminathan Anantharaman will be seen as the new Surya and the episodes featuring the newbie is said to be aired from today. Stay tuned!
