CASE AGAINST KAALA DISMISSED

A case filed in the Chennai High Court against Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film Kaala, directed by Pa Ranjith, has been dismissed. Producer Rajasekharan had apparently registered the title Karikaalan for one of his films and he had sued the Kaala team for using the term Karikaalan as a tagline. 

After hearing the case, the Madras High Court has now dismissed the case. So Kaala can now release with the tagline Karikaalan.
