Actor Harikrishnan broke into the Tamil film scene with his memorable performance as the former gangster Johnny in Pa. Ranjith-directed 2014 political drama Madras. He had went on to act in blockbusters like Kabali and the recent 2018 film Pariyerum Perumal.
The actor will be signing up his recent project as a solo hero in his next film, Siragu. The film will be written and directed by acclaimed lyricist Kutti Revathi, who had penned verses for various songs that were featured in films like Maryan, Aruvi, Maya and so on. Hari Krishnan is paired opposite actress Akshitha. Siragu will be a road movie. The supporting cast includes Nivas and Dr. Vidya
Regarding the technical details, the film is shot by 'Pyaar Prema Kadhal' cinematographer Raja Bhattacharjee and V.S Arun Kumar will take care of the editing department. Siragu features music by Arrol Corelli and bankrolled by Mala Manian under the banner First copy productions.
