An anti-war film directed by Mani Ratnam, Kannathil Muthamittal fetched Keerthana the National Award- Best Child actor for her performance as Amudha, a girl who goes in search of her birth mother in a war-torn Sri Lanka.
The actor retweeted a video clip from the film which showed a conversation between Thiruchelvan (Madhavan) and Herold Vikramsinghe (Prakash Raj), along with a caption, "Makes more sense now than ever before"
