Sonakshi Sinha is a known name among the Bollywood industry, and has acted in various films like ‘R..Rajkumar’ and ‘Dabangg’ and also made her Tamil debut with the Rajinikanth film ‘Lingaa’. Meanwhile, an event organizer in Delhi has filed a case of fraud and cheating against the actress.
The Event Organizer from Delhi has filed a complaint stating Sonakshi had taken money to be a part of the show organized by ‘India Fashion and Beauty’ organization and did not attend the show. The complaint has been filed by Pramod Sharma at the Moradabad Police station in UP.
Responding to this complaint, Sonakshi Sinha’s Management agency released an official statement, which read “Sonakshi was not paid in advance as agreed by the contract. The air tickets were also not properly booked as we agreed and the return tickets were not finalised. We tried to contact the producers, but we got no response from them and since Sonakshi had shooting the next day, we were forced to leave the airport.”
“Even after the return, Sonakshi’s team had been trying to contact the organizers to find an amicable solution to this issue by giving an alternate date, but to no avail. Now, they are using the media to release false and manipulated facts and if if they don’t stop, we will be forced to take legal action.”
Sonakshi Sinha is currently awaiting the release of her next film ‘Kalank’ which has an ensemble cast of Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The movie is directed by Abhishek Varman and is produced by Karan Johar and
