“SUSHANT LEFT THIS HIDDEN MESSAGE!” – TALKING ABOUT THE LOSS OF THE ACTOR, DEPRESSION AND OVERCOMING IT

Dr. Alfred Jose, a life coach recently spoke about the possible reasons and circumstances leading to one taking their own life and preventing such harsh decisions.

Talking about Sushant Singh Rajput’s state of mind, he said, “The loss of Sushant is very unfortunate and nobody should be driven to take such a drastic decision. Sushant has actually left a hidden message on his Twitter page. His header image is that of the ‘Starry Night’ painting by Vincent Van Gogh. The painter had shot himself in 1890. The actor had most probably already taken the decision because he had some troubles alone and had something in mind which he could not communicate.”

Speaking of the actor’s performances, he added “Sushant has acted in very inspiring films like ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Chhichhore’. The latter is a suicide awareness movie which inspired the audience live beyond any problems. The fact that he was driven to take such a decision after doing films like these is heartbreaking.”

Dr. Alfred Jose also spoke about depression and how it must be tackled in a positive manner, “Many people in various professions face depression and are unable to speak up about it. No one should be left to feel lonely and we must help each other.”

“Depression is a mental illness. Extreme anger, wanting to be alone and getting irritated are major symptoms that one could be suffering from it. There are several reasons for such thoughts but they can be overcome. Instead of overthinking, one can think of what to do next or can talk to someone to distract themselves. Each person is destined to achieve something great and this shouldn’t be taken away in a hasty decision to end one’s own life.”, he added.
