Rapper Lady Kash, who is both an independent artist as well as a singer in cine music, has come out with a very innovative idea. Lady Kash who has sung songs like Irumbile Oru Idhayam for AR Rahman and also for Harris Jayaraj in Singam 3, has crooned a number in director Elan’s Graghanam.
Now, she has gone on and made a video of this song titled ‘Supermodel’ which is based on the female lead of the film. The video features Lady Kash along with two of Canada’s leading dancers Anoshinie.M and Natasha Balakrishnan. The song ‘Supermodel’ has been sung and written by the inde artist Lady Kash herself and the entire album has been bagged by Yuvan Shankar Raja’s U1 Records. This video has reportedly been shot by Yugam Tamil creations for Kash’s company ‘Akashik’.
The purpose behind this video song as told by Lady Kash is to bridge the gap between independent artists and cine musicians. She has said that a lot of independent artists are struggling to make it big and these type of videos would serve as an innovative method to bring out the art to the fore.
