The song is popular not only in Tamil Nadu but the neighbouring Kerala as well. Many versions of the song are getting released. Now, Kerala Police are using this song as a coronavirus awareness song.

The messages being given in the song include wear masks, practise social distancing and such. A group of police personnel are seen performing to the actions. View the video below.
