Actress Kavya Madhavan, who had previously asked for an anticipatory bail will reportedly not require the anticipatory bail in connection to the actress attack case. The Kerala High Court has stated that there is no threat of an arrest for Kavya as she is not an accused in the case.

Meanwhile, reports also suggest that the next hearing for Nadirsha’s bail petition has been postponed to 4th of October and that the court will consider the anticipatory bail petition filed by Nadirsha on that day. Apparently, according to some reports, the HC ruling on Kavya’s anticipatory bail petition is based on the information that police had given to the court.
