Director Vijay's next film Karu starring Sai Pallavi gets an official release date. Karu which was planned for February 9 release, has not been postponed by 2 weeks to February 23.
This women-centric film will be produced Lyca Productions. Karu would be Sai Pallavi's debut as heroine in Tamil.

A few minutes ago, we had reported that popular stylist Neeraja Kona will be designing the costumes for Suriya 36, directed by Selvaraghavan.
Now, Neeraja has officially confirmed the same, through her tweet. She has also made it official that the film will have two heroines, Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh. Earlier, it was believed that Sai Pallavi replaced Rakul, but now, it looks like both of them, are indeed part of the project, and it is a double-heroine subject.
