He last directed Arun Vijay’s crime thriller ‘Mafia: Chapter 1’. It is known that he will be teaming up with Dhanush for his next movie, which is tentatively titled ‘D43’.
Meanwhile, Karthick Naren recently hosted a Q/A session on Instagram with his followers and answered various questions about his favourite movie, favourite director and so on. He also revealed exciting news about his upcoming project.
One of his followers asked “When is Karthick Naren doing a Sci-Fi film in Tamil?.” Surprisingly, Karthick Naren said “As a Web series. Miga viraivil.” Well, looks like an exciting project from Karthick Naren is on the cards.
He also mentioned that he has a separate folder in his laptop exclusively for scripts written during the lockdown. He added that Thiagarajan Kumararaja is his favourite contemporary filmmaker.
Karthick Naren's 'D43' has Dhanush playing the lead. 'Master' actress Malavika Mohanan is said to play a crucial role in the movie. The project is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films and has music by G.V.Prakash.
