Director Shankar whose magnum opus 2.0 is a mega blockbuster at the box office, will next be directing Kamal Haasan for the sequel of Indian. The ace director is currently busy with the pre production works of this mega budget venture, bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
The latest update on Indian 2 is that the shoot will start on January 18. The project has Kajal Agarwal as the female lead, and she confirmed it officially recently. It must be noted that this is Kamal Haasan's last film before he begins his political journey.
Cinematographer Ravi Varman will be the man behind the lens, while Muthuraj will be taking care of the production design. Stay tuned for more updates on the film.
