Bigg Boss fame Bharani joined Kamal Haasan's political party, Makkal Needhi Maiam, this evening at Madurai. When he went up to the stage to wish Kamal Haasan and seek his blessings, he fell at Ulaganayagan's feet.
 

Immediately after he left the dais, the event's host, on behalf of Kamal Haasan requested everyone, not to fall at his feet. As per Kamal Haasan's ideology, though, falling at one's feet is a mark of respect, the gesture is not received well in the political arena. Kamal Haasan apparently wants his every party member to have their heads straight, and function towards the goodness of people. He didn't want any of his party members to bend down to someone. He also requested not to present him any gold shawls, or anything of that sort.
 

Kamal Haasan, insisted Bharani on stage, to follow the same, and not to repeat the same incident again.
