KALYANI PRIYADARSHAN GIVES MOHANLAL'S MARAKKAR MOVIE UPDATE!

Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham is a story based on the Zamorin Chieftains of Calicut: Kunjali Marakkars. Priyadarshan is the director and he has chosen Mohanlal to do Kunjali Marakkar's role. Along with Mohanlal, many important actors - Arjun Sarja, Sudeep, Prabhu, Manju Warrier, Keerthy Suresh, Pranav Mohanlal, Madhu, Siddique, Suhasini Manirathnam, Kalyani Priyadarshan etc., are a part of this project.

The story of the movie is written by Ani Sasi and Priyadarshan, and Marakkar is bankrolled by Antony Perumbavoor, Santhosh T Kuruvilla and Roy CJ. The background score is handled by Rahul Raj, Ankit Suri and Lyell Evans Roeder.

A peek into the sets of Marakkar and certain stills from the movie was launched at Aashirvad Cinemas and the sets of the movie were massive. Also, we had earlier reported that Alphonse Puthren, Premam's director will be handling the cuts of Marakkar's Trailer, just as he did for Oppam. Now, Kalyani Priyadarshan has put up a story in her official Instagram page that she is currently involved in the Tamil dubbing process for Marakkar.
