THANU GOES LEGENDARY AT THE BEHINDWOODS GOLD MEDALS AWARD

It is not an easy task to be a producer in the film industry and that too, to survive in the race and stay ahead needs a totally different mindset. That eminent producer Thanu has braved it all and is still running the race, speaks volumes about this self made man.

2016 witnessed Thanu bankrolling two important projects featuring the icons of the Tamil film industry-Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali and Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Theri. The fact that he managed it with a lot of aplomb and style qualifies the experienced producer win the Behindwoods Legendary Performer Award.

Abirami Ramanathan who presented the award also shared a good news that the government reduced GST on the entertainment indutsry to 18% from 28%.

That sure is a great relief!
