BEEF-BUFFALO MEAT CONTROVERSY! KAJOL'S VIDEO GETS TROLLED BY FANS

On May 1, 2017, there were a couple of tags that were trending on social media and interestingly several people were trolling Bollywood actress Kajol.

It was reported that Kajol was in her friend's place for lunch and was having a gala time. She was so overwhelmed meeting her friends that she posted a video on her Instagram profile. The video featured Kajol, who asks her friend to explain the cuisine. Kajol's friend says the dishes are ‘beef pepper water with dry lentils and dry beef’.

Kajol later realised she was trending for the wrong reason and immediately deleted her post. A few hours later she made an official clarification on the incident in her twitter profile. She tweeted, 'A video of me at a friend's lunch said that there was a beef dish at the table. That's a miscommunication. What was shown was buffalo meat, that is a legally available meat. I'm issuing this clarification because this is a sensitive matter that may hurt religious sentiments, which is not my intention.'
