The First look of her next movie - Ponmagal Vandhal has been released today. Along with this poster, the release date of the movie has also been announced. Ponmagal Vandhal is scheduled to hit the screens on the 27th of March - worldwide release. The movie features top stars - K Bhagyaraj, Parthiepan, Prathap Pothen, Pandiarajan.

The film is directed by JJ Fredrick and music is composed by Govind Vasantha. The cinematographer of Pon Magal Vandhal is Ramji and editor is Ruben. The movie is produced by Suriya under the banner of 2D Entertainment.
Her latest movie was Thambi in Jeethu Joseph's direction. This movie marked the first project in which Jyothika shared screenspace with her brother-in-law Karthi.
