Actress Jyothika was last seen on screen playing the lead in Radha Mohan's Kaatrin Mozhi, where she reprised the role of a homemaker-turned-radio jockey essayed by Vidya Balan in the original, Tumhari Sulu.
She is currently gearing up for the release of the Sy. Gowtham Raj-directed Raatchasi. The film is all set to hit the screens on July 5. Produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the banner Dream Warrior Entertainment, the film is based on a government teacher who reforms the school, students and teachers, also how she safeguards the school and the students from external issues.

And to be precise, taking the example of Thala Ajith’s upcoming film, Nerkonda Paarvai, Jo has thanked the actor for doing such an amazing role. She has further appreciated Ajith to have chosen this role which is considered bit small in comparison to his previous hits!
She has further added, “There are crores of fans for Ajith and his movies do have an impact on them. So many guys have followed him and tried to emulate him. Since they follow his style and dressing sense, they will also follow his character from Nerkonda Paarvai. When heroes like Ajith do such films, it has a huge impact on society.
