HOT NEWS: THIS 'PAAVA KADHAIGAL' FAME JOINS STR'S 'VENDHU THANINDHATHU KAADU'!

The first and second look poster of the movie received tremendous response amid the audience and it was also very recently announced that Actress Radikaa Sarathkumar joined the cast and is expected to play Simbu's mother in the movie. 

The latest update from the movie is that child actress Aangelina Abraham, who played the role of Ponnuthayi in the short 'Vaanmagal' in the Netflix web series 'Paava Kadhaigal', has joined the sets of Simbu's much-awaited movie. 'Vaanmagal', directed by Gautham Menon, starred himself and Simran in lead roles.

'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' marks the coming together of Simbu-GVM combo for the third time after 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa' (2010), 'Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada' (2016) and the short film 'Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn' (2020).

Meanwhile, Simbu has Venkat Prabhu's 'Maanaadu' up for release and he's also shooting for 'Pathu Thala' directed by Obeli N Krishna of 'Sillunu Oru Kaadhal' fame. The upcoming project is the official remake of the Kannada hit 'Mufti'.
