At the recent Tamil Nadu state assembly, politician Kadambur Raju has stated that the Tamil Nadu State Awards for those in cinema would be held in a very grand manner.

This function which has been stated to happen shortly will be headed by none other than the Chief Minister Edappadi K Palanswami. Looks like great news for the Tamil film fraternity. It is to be noted that the TN government awards for the film fraternity has not been happening for quite some time now and that the awards for the years between 2009 and 2014 will first be given.
