During a recent interaction with his social media followers, Ghibran talked about his upcoming Tamil film starring Vikram and Akshara Haasan in the lead roles. This untitled film directed by Rajesh M Selva is produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International.
Ghibran says, "the composition for the film has started and it is really coming out well, we have locked a tune for a love song and now proceeding with it. Lyrics-wise, I am working with a very special person who I have always wished to work with. You will know who that person is very soon.
We are trying to give what the script demands, the love track is more modern, the theme music and BGM plays a major role in this movie and it will be more EDM based. So that's the update. I am looking forward to this project because I am a big fan of Vikram sir. So look out for something really cool."

Ghibran has been on a roll nowadays with a lot of projects in his kitty. With so many upcoming releases, he has been roped in as the music director for Hansika's next film with debutant U.R. Jameel. The film will be female-centric in nature.
Talking about this, the director said: “I would say, it was an unheralded surprise. With Ghibran sir’s kitty is filled with monstrous projects, I was filled with doubts whether he would accept my project. He is someone, who doesn’t get away with the task of songs, but is keen on whether the background score can get its scope into the script. I am happy that he was impressed with my narration and am looking forward to a great experience working with him.”
Producer M. Koteswara Raju and Executive Producer Vijay Rajendra Varma of Jyostar Enterprises are holding talks with few more prominent technicians to get them onboard for this film. Jameel has been an associate director for films like Masala Padam, Bogan and Romeo Juliet.
