One such memorable film was Vaaranam Aayiram that featured Suriya, Sameera Reddy, Divya Spandana and Simran in the lead roles. The film was received well both by the audiences as well as the critics. The movie was loved not only for its plot but also for the songs that have been deeply etched in everyone’s hearts.
Last month, Suriya in a video wishing the filmmaker who had entered his 20th year in cine industry, had said, “Yes, recreating the magic is difficult but if Gautham says yes, I'm ready to play guitar again.” To which, the director had promised, “And, yes. I'm going to ask you to pick up that guitar again.”
Looks like the wait is over! Yes, during a live interaction on Instagram, GVM revealed, “It is very sweet of Suriya to say that. I think in another 10 days I'll narrate the Kamal - Kaadambari script to him, then if he likes the script means I will make him lift the guitar again hopefully. "
