Apart from the leads, this family drama features an ensemble supporting cast that includes Aishwarya Rajesh, Soori, Bharathiraja, Samuthirakani, Natty, Archana, Subbu Panchu and others. The film is bankrolled by Kalanithi Maran under the banner Sun Pictures.

Composed by D. Imman, Gaanda Kannazhagi is sung by Anirudh Ravichander and Neeti Mohan while the lyrics are penned by the actor Sivakarthikeyan himself. 

On the technical front, Namma Veettu Pillai is shot by cinematographer Nirav Shah while Ruben handles the editing department. K. Veerasamar takes care of the production design.
