Bigil is an upcoming film that has Thalapathy Vijay playing the lead and the titular character. It has Nayanthara as the female lead while Reba Monica John, Jackie Shroff, Kathir, Daniel Balaji, Vivekh, Yogi Babu, Anand Raj and others appear in crucial supporting roles.
The film is directed by Atlee and produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi S Suresh under the banner AGS Entertainment.The film has GK Vishnu as the Director of Photography, and AR Rahman as the music director.
The latest update on the film is that Actor Vijay will be singing for the first time, to the tunes of AR Rahman. The song is titled Verithanam, and has lyrics by Vivek. The creative producer of the film Archana Kalpathi took to Twitter to announce this, saying:
