Post which, it was announced that the actor will be teaming up with director Nelson Dilipkumar of Doctor fame for the very first time and the upcoming film has been titled as Beast. Vijay will be seen pairing opposite Pooja Hegde for the film.

On Saturday (August 7), the makers of Beast had surprised everyone by officially announcing the interesting cast details of this upcoming film – Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Lilliput Faruqui, Shine Tom Chacko, Ankur Ajit Vikal and Aparna Das.
