The actor was last seen playing the lead in the Sonam Kapoor starrer The Zoya Factor.
The actor will be reuniting with his 'Second Show' director Srinath Rajendran for the upcoming crime-drama Kurup. The actor will be essaying the role of the notorious real life gangster Sukumaran Kurup. The film is produced by Wayfarer Films and M Star.
Recently, the actor penned a sincere note regarding the leaked pictures from the sets of Kurup. He took to Twitter to say that by leaking the pictures, the makers' efforts to recreate the era will be harmed and requested fans to refrain from shooting and posting such pictures.
The actor had also ensured that his team will be more careful to maintain the secrecy surrounding the project. Apart from Dulquer Salmaan, Kurup also features Indrajith Sukumaran and Shine Tom Chako.
