Director Shankar is one of India's finest and biggest directors, who is busy with the final works of his magnum opus, 2.0, that is scheduled to hit the screens on November 29. The film stars Superstar Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, and Amy Jackson in the lead roles.
Behindwoods got in touch with the maverick director, in an exclusive interview, to discuss about the process of making 2.0. During the interview, Shankar revealed that, as a person, he has become more calmer with life experiences.
"Yes, I will get angry if some work is disorganised or if there is no work ethics in the work atmosphere. I cannot help myself when I see something not organized properly. Earlier, I have got angry in many occasions, but over a point of time, I realised that anger doesn't help much.
At the same time, being angry works sometimes, at the shooting spot. When people around you see that you are frustrated with something, they realise the importance of the work and make things happen much quicker. The people will take it serious and things will get done faster.
Out of experience, I have now started to focus on finding solutions to those problems, instead of losing my cool. My anger percentage has definitely come down now.", revealed Shankar.
2.0's Captain of the Ship, director Shankar talks in detail about the making of the film and his experiences associated the film, through this exclusive interview with Behindwoods. Have a look:
