BIGIL OR KAITHI? POPULAR DIRECTOR AND THALAPATHY64 MEMBER REVEALS HIS FIRST PICK

Karthi's Kaithi is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is currently directing Thalapathy's 64th film. Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, while Sam CS has composed the music for the film.  Bigil on the other hand is directed by Atlee and produced by AGS Entertainment with Nayanthara as the leading lady and AR Rahman's music.

Popular director Rathna Kumar, who has presented Kollywood with well received and appreciated films like Meyaadha Maan and Aadai, is part of the upcoming Thalapathy64 (as additional screenplay writer) which is also being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

In one of his latest tweets, he shared that in 2017, his film Meyaadha Maan released along with Vijay's Mersal and he went for the latter's first show as he was a Thalapathy fan and added that he will go for Bigil first show this Diwali, despite his friend and director Lokesh Kanagaraj's Kaithi also being released on the same date.
