THALAPATHY 65: OFFICIAL WORD FROM DIRECTOR PERARASU

As a clarification to the statement, the director Perarasu, in a recent press release, had stated that he has indeed written a script for the actor and that both the director and his script are awaiting the actor's nod for the project. He added that apart from the aforementioned information, nothing has been confirmed yet. Perarasu also remarked that he will be very much happy if the project materializes

On the work front, Vijay is currently busy with the proccedings of his forthcoming sports drama Bigil, in which he plays the lead while Nayanthara plays the leading lady. The film is produced by Kalpathi S. Aghoram under the banner AGS Entertainment.

After Bigil, Vijay will be next seen playing the lead role in 'Maanagaram' director Lokesh Kanagaraj, whose upcoming film Kaithi is awaiting a release. The film will be bankrolled by Xavier Britto under the banner Xavier Britto Film Creations
