DHANUSH’S MUCH-AWAITED FILM IS ALL SET TO HIT THE BIG SCREENS AFTER A LONG GAP!

Dhanush will also be seen in 'Naane Varuven', a Telugu film produced by Nagavamsi's Siddhartha Entertainment under the title Vathi (Sir in Telugu), directed by Telugu director Venky Atluri and produced in both Telugu and Tamil.

Earlier, actor Dhanush had completed his 44th film - Thiruchitrambalam, directed by Mithran Jawahar and produced by Sun Pictures. The film stars director Bharathiraja and actor Prakash Raj in the lead roles. Dhanush is paired with Priya Bhavani Shankar, Nithya Menon and Raashii Khanna.

Dhanush has written the story, screenplay and script for the film. Anirudh is composing the music for the film, Popular cinematographer Om Prakash is handling the lens for this film. The shooting of this film was completed in full swing. The crew shot in Pondicherry, Chennai, Pudukottai and Courtallam.

BTS photos taken by actor Dhanush and Prakash Raj during the film's patchwork shoot in April went viral on social media. Scenes of the car going down the road were taken in matte technology. According to credible reports, the movie will be released on July 1 in theatres.

Dhanush's last film Karnan was released in April 2021. Subsequently, all the films starring Dhanush were released on OTT.
