It was in early 2020 that the director revealed at a college function that he would be teaming up with Dhanush for Pudhupettai 2. This actually had stirred up the excitement level of the fans who were waiting to catch a fresh update from the duo.
Now, Pudhupettai celebrates 15 years of its release as of today (26 May), and Selvaraghavan's latest post gives a ray of hope to fans. His words read: "And the journey shall continue 🙏". Though Selvaraghavan might have meant about the successful journey of Pudhupettai continuing for long, fans are of the expectation that there might be more to it that what meets the eye, possibling an indication of Pudhupettai 2 coming super soon!
