CLARIFICATION: DHANUSH ON ACTING WITH RAJINI IN KAALA

For all you VIP franchise and Dhanush fans, today, on July 8, 2017, VIP-2 had its press meet in Chennai. Earlier the film's audio launch took place in Mumbai. The event was star-studded and stars like Dhanush, Kajol, Samuthirakani, Sean Roldan, director Soundarya Rajinikanth and few others were present.

The highlight of the event was Dhanush, as he made some interesting announcements and also clarified on few rumors. Dhanush firstly made it clear that there would be VIP-3 in the future and the franchise is just going to continue. The treat does not stop there, Dhanush also said there would be Power Pandi-2 in the future.

When asked about the rumors surrounding him acting along with Rajinikanth in Kaala, the actor said that he is yet to get a call from director Ranjith about this.

Apart from these clarifications. Dhanush also reasoned his Hollywood movie's schedule which took place in Mumbai to be the primary reason for locking Mumbai as the venue for VIP-2 audio launch and the secondary reason for better reach for the movie's brand. Towards the end of his speech, he told that VIP-2 is going places and the makers are releasing the film in China and Thailand. There are so many positives we get to hear, and finally, the movie is hitting the screens on July 28, and we hope it lives up to its expectations.
