Masucci is glad the show has helped him gain a wider audience. He says he is being recognised in places like Italy, Spain and New York in airports and restaurants.

He says that the emotional sequences in Dark were quite tough to shoot and required him to cry a lot. Masucci also picked the time travel sequence to be quite difficult to perform. It hurts your knees, he adds.

Masucci also saw Suriya's 24 teaser, which is based on time travel. Calling the teaser spectacular, he says he is being able to recognise Suriya. The actor is also taken in by the concept of time travel by watch and mouthes Suriya's dialogue, "I have come for my watch," and likens it to James Bond.
