HAVE DANGAL’S COLLECTIONS OVERTAKEN BAAHUBALI?

Aamir Khan’s Dangal which released in China, has been doing great at the box-office just as it did in India. The wrestling based movie which won both critical and commercial acclaim has not stopped churning out the big numbers with its collections.

According to reports, Dangal has crossed the 725 crore mark in China since it’s release. It has reportedly collected around 73 crores on the 3rd Sunday summing up to a massive 726 crore on the whole. Adding this China collection to Dangal’s all time collection, it stands at 1470 crores and inches towards the 1500 crore mark.

It is expected to cross this 1500 crore mark by today and will become the second Indian film after Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2, to achieve this marvelous feat. Baahubali 2 is slightly ahead of Dangal’s all time collections as it had crossed the 1500 crore mark two days ago. However, for a film to collect 725 plus crores in China alone and that too months after it’s initial release is quite astonishing. Both proving to be true examples of epic movies that make Indian cinema proud.
