AFTER PICHAIKKARAN AND IRAIVI, IT IS CHENNAI 600028 II

Chennai 600028 II Innings, directed by Venkat Prabhu is scheduled to release on the 10th of November. The film has got a good pre-release expectation due to the Chennai 28 brand name.
 

The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film were acquired by Ramesh P Pillai's Abishek Films two days back (20th October). Now, the team has announced that K.R.Films and S Focus have bought the Chennai city rights of the film. Venkat Prabhu's production house Black Ticket Company tweeted "Glad to announce!!! K.R.Films & S Focus bought #Chennai28II ,Chennai city rights for a huge price on M.G.basis #AbhishekFilms"

K.R.Films have earlier distributed films like Pichaikkaran, Iraivi and Kuttrame Thandanai this year and Chennai 600028 II will be their fourth film.
