SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT CASE: PETITION FILED AGAINST ACTRESS RHEA CHAKRABORTHY IN BIHAR!

Recently, a case has been filed against actress Rhea Chakraborthy, who was allegedly in a relationship with Sushant Singh.

The petition filed against Rhea Chakraborthy accuses the actress of “financial and mental exploitation”. The petitioner’s lawyer also stated that the client, a resident of Bihar, is a big fan of the actor and is deeply distressed by the news of his suicide. According to reports, cases have been filed under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud).

Cases have also been filed against big names in the Bollywood film industry including Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Salman Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ekta Kapoor. The actor was supposedly battling depression and mental stress as he was forced to leave several projects, which put his career at stake.

Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborthy were to unite on-screen for the first time in ‘Happy Anniversary’ starring an ensemble cast including Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Sushmita Sen and Amyra Dastur.
