BREAKING: ANOTHER STAR ACTOR COMPLETES HIS PORTION OF SHOOT FOR MANI RATNAM'S PONNIYIN SELVAN - DEETS!

The shooting of the film is going on in full swing and being held in multiple schedules across many cities. Recently the crew went to Orchha in Madhya Pradesh to shoot some important scenes. While Jayam Ravi recently took to social media to share that he has completed shooting for his portions in the movie, sources have now revealed that Actor Vikram has also wrapped up his portions both first and second part in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus movie.

Jayam Ravi plays the titular role of Ponniyin Selvan aka Arulmozhi Varman, Vikram as Aditya Karikalan, Karthi will essay Vandhiyathevan, who is Adithya Karikalan’s trusted aide and friend. Aishwarya Rai is set to play the role of Nandini.

Ponniyin Selvan is being jointly bankrolled by Allirajah Subaskaran and Mani Ratnam, under their Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies banners. Ravi Varman cranks the camera for the movie and Sreekar Prasad is taking care of the editing of this movie, whose music is composed by AR Rahman. The magnum opus also has Brinda Master on board as the choreographer while Sham Kaushal will be taking care of the action sequences.
