WHO IS THE VILLAIN OF SIVAKARTHIKEYAN'S HERO?: DETAILS HERE

The makers have announced a new addition to the film's stellar cast. Actor Abhay Deol, who has made a mark in Hindi cinema with critically acclaimed films such as Dev.D, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye and so on.

Abhay Deol is not new to the Tamil film industry, as the actor had earlier played a cameo role in director Rathindran R. Prasad's yet-to-be released thriller 'Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kadhai', which starred Ashwin Kakumanu, Guru Somasundaram, Aishwarya Rajesh and others.

Hero is bankrolled by KJR Studios. Kalyani Priyadarshan, daughter of acclaimed director Priyadarshan, will be making her Tamil debut with this feature. The film's cinematography is by George C. Williams with music and background score composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
