The latest news about Aarav is that, he has reportedly met legendary director Mani Ratnam and Suhasini Maniratnam at their residence, after being invited over. He has shared pictures through his official social media handle and has also posted, “The Unexpected first Wish. The Unexpected first Host. Thank you Mani Ratnam Sir and Suhashini Mam for inviting me home..”

As reported by us, Mani Ratnam's next would be big budget multi-starrer with the backing experienced crew including AR Rahman for music, Santhosh Shivan for the camera and Sreekar Prasad for editing.
Now the official PRO of the film Nikhil Murugan has issued a press note confirming the project. This is Madras Talkies' 17th film and the cast who are officially on board, for now, are, Arvind Swami, Simbu, Vijay Sethupathy, Fahadh Fassil, Jyothika and Aishwarya
Rajesh. Earlier names like Dulquer Salman, Ram Charan, and others were rumored to act in this project. The shoot for this mega budget multi-starrer movie will start from January 2018. More details awaited
