SECRET BEHIND SIVAKARTHIKEYAN'S CHARACTER REVEALED

The debut directorial of Arunraja Kamaraj, Kanaa had hit the silver screens on 21st of December. The movie deals with how an young woman dreams to be a cricketer and her journey to achieve the dream. The movie has Aishwarya Rajesh and Sathyaraj playing lead roles and an extended cameo by Sivakarthikeyan.

In the iconic edition of Behindwoods Gold Medals 2018, Arunraja and Aishwarya graced the occasion with their presence. The director also revealed a secret behind Sivakarthikeyan's character in the movie.

The director had spoken about how he always wanted to be a director and his journey as assistant director under the guidance of director Nelson Dileepkumar of 'Kolamaavu Kokila' fame. He said that Nelson is his motivator and his guru, and thus he named the character role of Sivakarthikeyan in the movie as Dileepkumar.
